I am finally free of my afternoon binges!
Before Isagenix I would wake up and have at least half a pot of coffee and then have ONLY coffee until lunch. Trying to be "healthy" I would make a salad for lunch.
I would drag myself to the gym some days, and dread every second of it.
By 3:00, my body was starving, dehydrated, and needing nutrients. Cravings took over and I would raid the pantry like a ravenous animal ~ I'm talking about pop tarts, ice cream, anything with high amounts of sugar.
I'm sure you can all guess what happened next ~ I crashed. I would be so grouchy with my kids. I would go to my room and shut the door to be alone and depressed because I had failed again... I didn't want to do it ~ I wanted to be healthy and happy!
Today, following my healthy Isagenix lifestyle, I am finally free of my afternoon binges! I enjoy my workouts and I never feel like I'm dragging myself there. I crave healthy food now instead of sugar.
My mood and energy are so much better!
I love this new lifestyle!!
