Schisandra berries contain over 65 potent bioactive phytonutrients, including lignans, polysaccharides, and vitamins. Research suggests these can support healthy immune functions, brain health, and the body’s response to stress.

 

Wolfberry or goji berry ~ regarded by ancients as nourishing to the liver, kidneys, and eyes ~ has alkaloids, chlorogenic acid, carotenoids, amino acids, terpenes, vitamins, and polysaccharides.

Modern studies affirm its use in modulating stress and supporting faster recovery post-exercise.
