Regardless of how great your solution is or how confident and enthusiastic you are... you can't help someone who doesn't believe they have a problem or who is not motivated to find a solution.

I look back at my “before pics” and I’m still amazed at the difference in my body.
Mind you, I was always comfortable in my skin and happy most of the time.
