According to Dr Paul Arciero, “Protein pacing is the scientifically proven combination of eating healthy, lean, protein foods at the right time of day to maximize health and performance.

How It Works

Spread your protein intake over four to six meals and snacks per day.

Consume about 20-30 grams of protein, or 20-35 percent of your total protein intake, at each meal.

 

Protein Pacing ~ Weight Loss

Multiple published, peer-reviewed clinical studies have proven the benefits of protein pacing for sustainable weight loss when using the Isagenix System.

When subjects ate a diet higher in protein and paced their protein intake throughout the day, they lost more body weight, more body fat, more abdominal fat, and they maintained their lean body mass.
